Kingfisher Property Finance

 Founded in 1988

As a professional intermediary Kingfisher Property Finance advises on the arrangement of finance for real estate investment and development. We provide a service combining the discipline and expertise of Chartered Surveying with banking and financial skills.

Many banks and financial institutions are currently reviewing their finance and investment strategies alongside their existing loan-books given the current pandemic, to take account of an uncertain market and in response to changed asset and liability exposures.

A number of lenders have withdrawn from the commercial real estate lending market whilst others have significantly revised their pricing and gearing levels. Generally clients have found the lending market very transient and for some, lenders that had been there long term either have no or a much reduced lending appetite.

We have relationships with debt funds, family offices and other non-bank lenders in addition to mainstream lenders.
